EMERGING TRENDS OF ONE PERSON COMPANY IN INDIA

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";mso-ascii-theme-font:major-bidi; mso-hansi-theme-font:major-bidi;mso-bidi-theme-font:major-bidi;mso-ansi-language: EN-US">In 2013, India <span style="mso-no-proof:yes">introduced</span> the Companies Act, 2013, the Act, has opened the new doors of opportunity in the field of entrepreneurship in India. This <span style="mso-no-proof:yes">Act</span> came into force in April 2014. It has introduced some new concept in the company law which were unknown before the Companies Act, 2013. This article comprehensively <span style="mso-no-proof:yes">examines</span> the <span style="mso-no-proof:yes">idea</span> of “one person company” in India as a distinct legal entity along with the <span style="mso-no-proof:yes">progressive</span> development of OPC in India and else. Furthermore, this article also <span style="mso-no-proof:yes">focuses</span> on the distinctive features of OPC<span style="mso-no-proof:yes">and</span> it is pros and cons. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
