Accuracy of the results of both the methods was compared on SPSS computer software.

<span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";color:#FF9900">Results<span style="mso-bidi-font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">: The study found that the accuracy by both the methods gave a satisfactory result.

<span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";color:#FF9900">Conclusion<span style="mso-bidi-font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">: After the comparative study between the two we concluded that manual methods are equally efficient. But for saving time, weprefer automatic cell counter over the manual.
