STUDY TO COMPARE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MULLIGAN‘S BENT LEG RAISE AND TWO LEG ROTATION TECHNIQUES ON HAMSTRING FLEXIBILITY IN AMATEUR FOOTBALL PLAYERS

Abstract :

Subjects were divided into two groups group a for BLR technique and group b TLR technique. Active knee extension test was taken before and after treatment.
